After you sign in, you can enable two-factor authentication in your account settings. You'll receive a time-based code via email or SMS each time you log in from a new device, adding an extra layer of protection to your lirik account.

Deposits and withdrawals for lirik members

Once you're signed in, you can manage your lirik account's payment methods through the Cashier section. We support DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet for deposits, as well as direct bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet.

Making a deposit

  1. Sign in to your lirik account using your username and password.
  2. Navigate to the Cashier or Deposit section from your dashboard.
  3. Choose your preferred payment method — mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or a bank account.
  4. Enter the deposit amount and complete the payment through your selected provider or bank app.
  5. Your balance updates automatically once the transaction is confirmed.

Requesting a withdrawal

  1. Log in to your lirik account and open the Withdrawal section.
  2. Select the bank account or payment method you want to receive funds to.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and review the transaction details.
  4. Submit your request. Our team will review it for verification and processing.
  5. Once approved, funds are sent to your account. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

KYC verification for your lirik account

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification helps us protect your account and ensure compliance with payment regulations. You can complete this process any time after signing in.

What you'll need

  • A valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license)
  • A recent photo of yourself holding your ID (or a selfie with your ID visible)
  • Your name and date of birth must match your lirik account details

How to submit verification

  1. Log in to your lirik account.
  2. Go to Account Settings or My Profile.
  3. Select "Verify Identity" or "KYC Verification".
  4. Upload clear, legible images of your ID and proof photo.
  5. Our team reviews your submission within a few hours to a business day.

Troubleshooting your lirik login

On the login page, click "Reset it here" or "Forgot your password". Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email. Click the link, create a new password, and sign in again.

After several incorrect login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for security. Wait subject to verification before trying again, or use the password reset link to regain access. If the problem persists, contact our support team via email or the in-app chat for assistance.

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try signing in again. On iOS, use Safari or a modern browser; on Android, ensure your browser is up to date. If you're using our PWA (progressive web app), try reinstalling it. For persistent issues, reach out to our support team.

You can sign in immediately after opening your account. However, KYC (identity) verification is required before you can withdraw funds on lirik. We'll prompt you to complete this when you request your first withdrawal.

Yes. After you sign in, go to Account Settings and enable two-factor authentication. You can choose to receive codes via email or SMS. This adds extra security to your lirik account, especially if you're accessing it from multiple devices.
