Deposits and withdrawals for lirik members
Once you're signed in, you can manage your lirik account's payment methods through the Cashier section. Making a deposit
- Sign in to your lirik account using your username and password.
- Navigate to the Cashier or Deposit section from your dashboard.
- Choose your preferred payment method — mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or a bank account.
- Enter the deposit amount and complete the payment through your selected provider or bank app.
- Your balance updates automatically once the transaction is confirmed.
Requesting a withdrawal
- Log in to your lirik account and open the Withdrawal section.
- Select the bank account or payment method you want to receive funds to.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and review the transaction details.
- Submit your request. Our team will review it for verification and processing.
- Once approved, funds are sent to your account. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
KYC verification for your lirik account
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification helps us protect your account and ensure compliance with payment regulations. You can complete this process any time after signing in.
What you'll need
- A valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license)
- A recent photo of yourself holding your ID (or a selfie with your ID visible)
